Description:
- Lead the Engineering Team specializing in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at SmartRecruiters.
- Spend 60% of time on hands-on contributions and 40% on managerial activities.
- Improve and automate observability and reliability tooling, advocate for modern SRE practices, and partner with engineers across R&D.
- Respond to production incidents, document best practices, and refine DevOps culture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SRE standards (SLIs/SLOs, incident management) and experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
- Proficient in scripting (Bash, Golang, Python) and understanding of Linux OS.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and influence developers.
- Commercial software development experience in JVM stack and networking standards knowledge is a plus.
