The position requires collaboration with Account Executives to remove technical and business-related obstacles in sales, advocate for customer interests, and create compelling technical content.
Solutions Engineers engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop innovative technical solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years focused on enterprise companies.
Strong discovery and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Applicants should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
Experience in selling Martech and/or Data Solutions is required.
Familiarity with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs is necessary.

The position offers an On-Target Earnings Range of $190,000-$230,000 annually, with a Base Salary Range of $133,000-$161,000 annually.
Employees receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
The company provides early exercise options and a 10-year post-termination exercise window for equity.
