lemlist is a profitable B2B SaaS company that has grown from 0 to $35M ARR in 6 years without external funding.
The company is looking for a Senior Fullstack Javascript Developer who will design and develop new features for their SaaS products.
The role requires a passionate, autonomous individual who enjoys technical challenges and will primarily use Node.js.
Main responsibilities include designing and developing new features from scratch for both frontend and backend, improving the code base through refactoring and bug fixes, working on multiple projects simultaneously, assisting the customer support team with technical issues, and facilitating knowledge sharing by training fellow developers.
Key results expected within 3 months include successful onboarding, understanding of B2B SaaS products, and contributions to new features and code improvements.
Within 12 months, the developer is expected to play a key role in multiple successful projects and contribute to software optimization and scalability.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Javascript and a proven track record in building and maintaining web applications.
A robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB is required.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects is essential.
Candidates should be fast learners, comfortable with agile methodologies, and possess good communication skills.
A preference for remote work and familiarity with tools like Gather, Slack, and Notion is necessary.
Adaptability and a willingness to explore new areas such as front-end integration, back-end development, and customer support are important.
Fluency in both French and English is required, and candidates should be located in the French timezone.
Nice to have: Experience in a B2B SaaS startup and a self-taught background with personal projects.
