Description:

  • Support business initiatives by managing customer and product analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel, Salesforce Data360).
  • Focus on data governance and insights, co-owning tracking plans and building dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate SQL skills (MUST).
  • Experience in data analytics, project management, and data visualization (intermediate level).
  • Basic knowledge of Python and entry-level experience with Twilio Segment, Mixpanel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
