• The position is for a Federal Solutions Engineer who will act as a subject matter expert in GRC to drive new business and ensure value realization for existing customers.
• The role involves engaging in federal sales pursuits, designing solution messaging, and assisting customers in enhancing their compliance and risk programs.
• This position will significantly impact the company's Go to Market strategy and will involve direct interactions with the market and customers.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and will undergo a background check and unannounced drug testing.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of experience as a Risk and Compliance practitioner or in presales engineering within the GRC/InfoSecurity market.
• A strong network of relationships in the Security and GRC ecosystem is required.
• Candidates should have expertise in driving results and solving complex business problems, both as individual contributors and through direct reports.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• The ability to effectively partner with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day technology users, is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to build and execute plans to achieve quantifiable results and be flexible in responding to evolving business priorities.
