Remote Field Engineer - Application / Offensive Security

Description:

• Act as technical Point of Contact (PoC) for customers post-sales.
• Integrate XBOW product with customer environments and lead deployments, support, and upgrades.
• Provide Tier 2 support for technical issues and assist in pre-sales support when needed.
• Gather feedback for product teams and explain product value to users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Security Engineering/DevSecOps/Infrastructure Engineering or related fields.
• Experience as a Field Engineer/Expert Services in the security space, preferably with SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, VPN, and SSO technologies.
• Strong understanding of security concepts (OWASP Top 10) and compliance frameworks (ISO-27001, FedRAMP, etc.).
• Experience with cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and comfortable with prototyping features.
• Fluent in Korean and advanced English skills.
