Description:
- Act as technical Point of Contact (PoC) for customers post-sales.
- Integrate XBOW product with customer environments and lead deployments.
- Provide Tier 2 support for technical issues and support feature prototyping.
- Explain technical and business value of the product to users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Security Engineering/DevSecOps/Infrastructure Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with SaaS products and understanding of SAST, SCA, CWP, and DAST.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and technologies like VPN and SSO.
- Strong knowledge of security concepts (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO-27001, SOC2).
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
