Requirements:

Fluency in English (C1+ / Advanced+).
Practical experience with AI support solutions from implementation to customer use.
Experience with AI-powered chatbots and voicebots for customer support.
Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms (e.g., Zendesk AI Agents, n8n).
Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
