Description:
- Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and Anthropic Strategic Partner focused on applied AI for enterprises.
- The role involves embedding engineers within client operations to redesign business functions using AI.
- Work primarily in Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.
- Engage directly with clients, learning their processes and building solutions from first principles.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on production code.
- Willingness to perform operational roles (e.g., underwriting, claims processing) before coding.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and engage in unfamiliar business domains.
- Experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems to production.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS cloud-native delivery, including containers and CI/CD.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and production experience with Claude Code/Cowork.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
