The AI Agent team aims to create advanced AI Agents that address practical customer problems using the latest technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems.
The role of AI Agent Engineer involves building and deploying AI agent solutions to tackle real-world business challenges.
Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, integrating them with external systems, optimizing performance, gathering requirements, conducting demos, coordinating projects, and providing technical guidance to customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration.
Proficiency in Python and Golang is necessary, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is required, with hands-on experience in building such systems preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring) is essential.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with system integration via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, are necessary.
Excellent communication and project management skills are required.
A customer-centric approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential.
