Requirements:

3+ years of software engineering experience with production software.
Proficient in modern programming languages, APIs, databases, and backend systems.
Experience with AI, LLM APIs, and agent workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills with a product-minded approach.
Comfortable working directly with customers and leading technical discovery.
Strong ownership and ability to manage competing priorities.
