The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will partner directly with customers to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical solutions.
This role involves embedding deeply with customer teams to translate real-world challenges into production-ready systems utilizing Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning.
Responsibilities include engaging with enterprise customers, architecting and deploying custom solutions, leading full project lifecycles, integrating AI/ML pipelines, building software integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, acting as a technical advisor, collaborating with internal teams, producing documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.
The position requires frequent travel to customer sites.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 5–10+ years in engineering roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Strong proficiency in production-oriented programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go is required.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, including training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or deploying models is necessary.
Direct experience with Generative AI (LLMs, multimodal models) and applying them to real-world problems is essential.
Exposure to Computer Vision techniques such as detection, segmentation, OCR, and embeddings is required.
Strong knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV is needed.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
Candidates must be comfortable leading customer-facing engagements and guiding stakeholders through ambiguity.
A willingness and ability to travel frequently is essential.
