Description:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer / Solutions Architect, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures.
You will rapidly prototype AI-driven applications and integrate Typeface’s platform across customer ecosystems.
The role combines full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on GenAI experience, building custom agents, workflows, and reusable components.
You will drive customer transformations through fast experimentation and iterative delivery.
You will partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create GenAI solutions.
You will serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle, proposing the right workflows and architecture upfront, obtaining customer sign-off, and implementing the solutions sold.
You will apply an AI-first experimentation mindset, building proof points in days, iterating on feedback, and demonstrating quick wins that build momentum for transformations.
You will design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices integrating Typeface API/SDK, Brand Hub, Arc Agents, and multimodal content generation.
You will develop integrations with customer systems and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360.
You will capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product and Engineering teams to inform the Typeface platform roadmap.
You will identify patterns and opportunities for productization of custom solutions while championing customer needs in internal product discussions.
You will create automated testing frameworks for brand compliance, content safety, and quality assurance while designing scalable architectures for enterprise-grade volumes.
You will own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment, tackling challenges on-site or remotely while balancing multiple customer engagements.
You will document playbooks, prompts, patterns, and best practices in internal knowledge bases and create technical guides for common use cases.
You will share learnings across the organization, mentor other engineers, and present technical demos and case studies at customer events.

You need deep expertise in RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), semantic search, and AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
Proficiency with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model optimization, and understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and hallucination mitigation strategies is required.
You should have cloud expertise across AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services), and Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery).
Strong DevOps skills including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring tools are necessary.

You should possess outstanding customer-centricity with the ability to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for both engineers and executives, present solutions clearly, and write comprehensive technical documentation are required.
A startup DNA is essential; you should thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high ownership mentality and be comfortable wearing multiple hats and tackling problems outside core expertise.
