Remote Founding AI Quality & Release Engineer

Description:

• Join a seed-stage enterprise AI company focused on building autonomous data agents for engineering workflows.
• First dedicated quality-infrastructure hire, responsible for verification and release systems from merge to customer.
• Role involves 70% AI-powered verification and 30% release and environment engineering.

Requirements:

• 7 to 15 years in quality engineering, release engineering, or similar software roles.
• Proficient in production-quality Python and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep knowledge of GitHub Actions or equivalent CI systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud deployment mechanics.
• Full work authorization in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship available.
• Nice to have: TypeScript, Snowflake Native Apps, Playwright, and early-stage startup quality infrastructure.
