Remote Founding Applied AI Engineer

Description:

• First senior AI hire at an AI-powered marketing technology startup.
• Responsible for the quality and intelligence of multi-channel marketing agents.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building production machine learning or AI systems, with recent hands-on experience in LLM products or agents.
• Experience in designing evaluations and learning from outcome signals at scale (search, ranking, recommendation systems).
• Strong TypeScript skills (including Next.js) and Python proficiency for data analysis and model work.
• Ability to ship end-to-end solutions and establish measurable output quality standards.
• Ownership experience in a startup or small-team environment.
• Valuable experience in search or ranking, particularly with search engines or AI answer engines.
• Experience at a leading AI research organization or strong research program; familiarity with marketing, growth, or content products is beneficial.
