• Candidates should have experience architecting and optimizing large data pipelines, particularly with Spark.
• Strong SQL skills are necessary, including knowledge of aggregation functions, window functions, UDFs, self-joins, partitioning, and clustering.
• Familiarity with columnar data storage formats like Parquet is required.
• Candidates should have strong opinions about data quality management and be creative problem solvers.
• A passion for shipping new features to users is essential.
