As a Founding Software Engineer, you will report to the CTO and be responsible for designing and implementing the core infrastructure of our AI systems.
You will collaborate with the founders to define the product roadmap and shape the engineering culture.
This role is hands-on and impactful, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in systems-level or backend development.
Strong systems design thinking is required; you should approach problems architecturally.
Experience in building or contributing to agentic frameworks or autonomous tools is essential.
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go is necessary, with experience in frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex being a plus.
A solid understanding of LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is required.
You should be excited by early-stage ambiguity and the opportunity to build foundational technology from scratch.
An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as you will need to wear multiple hats and move quickly in a startup environment.
