Description:
- Serve as the technical partner to Account Executives from initial contact to go-live.
- Conduct integration workshops with customer engineering teams.
- Scope customer needs for successful integration and find efficient solutions.
- Demonstrate Duna's capabilities and address technical inquiries regarding API, webhooks, and data models.
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineers to maintain focus on platform development.
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, integration engineer, or similar role.
- Proficient in writing integrations, with a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system mapping.
- Ability to engage and lead discussions with senior engineers.
- Commitment to both platform functionality and customer success.
- Comfortable managing multiple customers and workstreams simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in payments, identity verification, fraud, or integration-heavy products like CRMs.
