The Front-end Developer is responsible for leading the design and development of user-facing applications that support Echo Base’s global P2P marketplace.
This role requires deep expertise in frontend technologies, experience managing small but high-performing teams, and a hands-on approach to development.
You will work closely with product managers, backend developers, mobile teams, and blockchain engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.
You will develop for the web using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features aligned with the product roadmap.
You will implement best practices for frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
You will mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
You will ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and other services, maintaining high standards for user experience.
You will manage technical debt while prioritizing scalable architecture and maintainable code.
You will build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and patterns to accelerate development across teams.
You will debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Echo Base’s platform.
You will collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve testing coverage.
You will work with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that meet design requirements.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of frontend development experience.
You must have proven experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
You must have proven experience using React Server Components and async rendering features such as Suspense.
You must have proven experience building responsive, mobile-first web interfaces.
You must have experience with integration and development of RESTful APIs.
You must have expertise in optimizing frontend performance and debugging complex web applications.
You must be familiar with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
You must have a solid understanding of testing strategies for frontend code.
Recommended skills include knowledge of Web3.js or similar libraries for blockchain integration.
You should be familiar with analytics and user behavior tracking tools.
Experience working in fintech or cryptocurrency platforms is preferred.
Experience with Laravel/PHP is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab CI is also preferred.
