Description:

Design, develop, and architect functionality for the main marketing website and associated web properties.
Ensure technical excellence in the marketing tech stack while taking ownership of user-facing web experiences.
Position is remote in Mexico and reports to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in front-end engineering.
Strong background in Next.js and React, with knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Ability to translate vague requirements into polished software and focus on web performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Proven autonomy in identifying technical gaps and implementing solutions independently.
Strong technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in data-driven development and measuring user behavior impact.
High proficiency in translating designs accurately while meeting accessibility standards.

Opportunity to work with marketing technology tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization tactics.
Exposure to WordPress as a headless CMS and AI-powered coding assistants to enhance productivity.
