DomainTools is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Frontend Team.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in building powerful cybersecurity products and features for enterprise customers.
The solutions provided by DomainTools assist in gathering threat intelligence, conducting threat hunting, and performing online fraud investigations.
The role involves working as part of a collaborative team of smart and engaged engineers.
Most of the time will be spent developing modern JavaScript single-page applications powered by PHR middleware APIs.
The work environment promotes productivity with minimal meetings and distractions from processes that hinder high-quality results.
Candidates should be comfortable with JavaScript and have experience with modern PHP OOP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, CSS, UX design, and end-to-end testing solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must produce well-designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices.
Integration with and utilization of data from backend services and databases is required.
The role involves building web applications using PHP on the backend and JavaScript (ES7+), HTML5, and CSS3 on the frontend.
Contribution to new product ideation and implementation, as well as feature development of existing products, is expected.
Collaboration with teammates through active participation in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and offering constructive design feedback is necessary.
Candidates should become subject matter experts on DomainTools’ customer-facing products and services.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in modern web application development is required.
Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony is necessary.
Solid knowledge of Object-oriented PHP 7+, JavaScript (ES7+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is required.
A deep understanding of React 18+ and Redux is essential.
Experience with unit and integration testing (PHPUnit, Jest) is required.
Demonstrable experience in building and consuming APIs is necessary.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, is required.
Experience with container technologies, particularly Docker, is necessary.
