• Quartermaster AI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Engineer to enhance the UI/UX of their Web Portal.
• The role focuses on creating visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing responsive and visually stunning user interfaces for the web portal and mobile application.
• The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Responsibilities also include optimizing front-end code for performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
• The engineer will ensure consistent design across platforms by implementing reusable components and adhering to design systems.
• Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to iterate and improve the UI/UX is also part of the role.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies is essential.
• The engineer will debug and troubleshoot front-end issues to ensure high-quality user experiences and document design and implementation processes to maintain a clear knowledge base.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX work on web portals and mobile apps is necessary.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and React Native is essential.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
• A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility is necessary.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and front-end testing frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions, are essential.
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
