Familiarity with web security principles (XSS, CSRF, CORS) and how to mitigate common risks is essential.
You should be comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and modern CI/CD practices.
Experience collaborating closely with designers and translating high-fidelity designs into code is important.
A self-starter attitude with a track record of end-to-end project ownership or meaningful side projects is preferred.
You should have a strong preference for simplicity, speed in shipping, and avoiding overengineering.
Professional experience in fintech or financial systems is required, and professional Web3/Crypto experience is a plus.
