Description:

  • Factor Law is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to develop production-grade AI products for complex legal workflows.
  • The role involves building AI-powered tools that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of legal teams, focusing on contract intelligence and document processing.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong skills in Python and FastAPI.
  • Proficient in Pydantic, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic; experience with React and TypeScript applications.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous jobs, Redis, Docker, and cloud-hosted deployments.
  • High fluency with AI-assisted coding tools and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Legally eligible to work in the relevant location.
