- Join a growing team building AI infrastructure for reinforcement learning environments.
- Design and build product experiences to help users understand agent behavior and improve training data.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a design engineer or product designer with a full-stack engineering background.
- Front-end engineering skills and experience in creating product interfaces.
- A portfolio showcasing shipped design-engineering work and visual design quality.
- Experience in product shipping, user learning, and feedback iteration.
- Technical education or background with strong communication skills.
- Experience with developer tools, data-rich products, AI agents, or early-stage companies is a plus.
Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 annually.
