Description:

Seeking a backend-focused Full-Stack Developer to build and scale backend systems using TypeScript in Convex.
Role includes contributing to frontend (React Native) and supporting product needs in a startup environment.

Requirements:

Strong backend experience with production-level systems.
Proficiency in TypeScript (required).
Experience with Convex or willingness to learn.
Solid understanding of backend architecture and API design.
Experience integrating third-party systems and services.
Strong problem-solving skills and startup mentality.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.

Benefits:

Full-time remote position based in Addis Ababa.
Compensation of $9/hour.
