Remote Full Stack Developer

Description:

• We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Python/Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• The candidate should know how to use Claude Code to enhance productivity, write cleaner code, and efficiently ship production-grade systems.
• This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications end-to-end.
• The developer will help define best practices for AI-assisted development and integrate Claude Code into the daily build, review, and deploy cycle.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend.
• The role involves building and managing APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS.
• The developer will utilize Claude Code for intelligent code generation, refactoring, and documentation while ensuring human-level oversight and architectural control.
• The position requires creating and managing PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.
• The candidate will containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds/deployments on AWS (ECS, EKS, or EC2).
• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and release automation is also part of the role.
• The developer is expected to write clean, modular, and testable code with a strong adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration with designers and product owners to iterate quickly while maintaining technical excellence is essential.
• The candidate will drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows across the engineering team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, and React is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, API Gateway, and IAM is essential.
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized deployments is required.
• A strong background in PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization is necessary.
• Expertise in using GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation is required.
• A working knowledge of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter) is necessary.
• An understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, code quality discipline, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
