Remote Full Stack Engineer

• As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and scale core product capabilities across backend services and frontend interfaces for the AI-native enterprise platform.
• You will work on systems that integrate enterprise workflows, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop processes, focusing on reliability, clarity, and usability.
• This role involves meaningful ownership over production systems used by large enterprise customers.
• Responsibilities include designing and delivering scalable full-stack systems, building backend services with clean APIs, developing intuitive frontend experiences, implementing workflow logic, integrating systems, ensuring production readiness, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Requirements:

• You must have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer building and operating production web applications.
• Experience in developing secure enterprise applications is required, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong backend development experience is necessary, with proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Django) or Node.js (TypeScript).
• You should have solid experience in building modern frontend applications, particularly with React and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and consuming APIs and working with relational databases, such as Postgres, is essential.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including automated testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization, are required.
• You must have experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• The ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment is crucial.
