Description:
- Join a seed-stage enterprise software company building an AI-native ERP platform for defense manufacturing.
- Work as a backend-focused Full-Stack Engineer to architect data models, APIs, and services for finance and accounting modules.
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with 5+ years preferred.
- Mastery of Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- Experience in ERP, fintech, or accounting software, including data modeling for financial workflows.
- Strong schema design skills and understanding of OLAP vs OLTP.
- Proven ability to drive greenfield features from design to deployment.
- Fluency in accounting and finance concepts for collaboration with stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $170K to $230K, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
