Description:

South Geeks is looking for a Fullstack Engineer (Java + JavaScript) to join their team.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications that power critical features across both backend and frontend systems.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the full stack—from backend services and databases to web services and UI development.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable applications using Java and Scala, delivering feature enhancements and bug fixes, designing and developing backend services and controllers, managing PostgreSQL databases, handling event file changes and data flow management, developing and integrating web services, implementing UI changes using Angular or React, and collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong programming experience with Java, Scala, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Angular or React for frontend development is required.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL is necessary.
Knowledge of web services development and integration is essential.
The ability to work collaboratively across teams on full-stack projects is important.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required for this role.

The position offers long-term projects and 100% remote work.
Payment will be made in USD.
