Description:
- Join a team building AI infrastructure for reinforcement learning environments.
- Design and build product interfaces to help users understand agent behavior and improve training workflows.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in design engineering, product design, or similar role with experience shipping product interfaces.
- Full-stack engineering experience with a portfolio of design-engineering work.
- Strong front-end engineering skills to turn designs into working interfaces.
- Technical education or equivalent background with clear communication skills.
- Proven track record of shipping products and improving based on user feedback.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and researchers.
- Familiarity with developer tools, data-rich products, AI agents, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
