Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in design engineering, product design, or similar role.
- Full-stack engineering experience with design skills and a portfolio of shipped products.
- Strong visual design skills and ability to incorporate user feedback.
- Technical education or strong fundamentals with clear communication of complex concepts.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and researchers.
- Familiarity with developer tools, data-rich products, AI agents, or reinforcement learning is beneficial.
- Experience in building reusable interface patterns or working in early-stage companies is a plus.
Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
