Description:

  • Miter is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team, which has doubled in size over the past year and plans to double again in the coming year.
  • This role is hybrid, requiring three in-office days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in either the San Francisco or New York office, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
  • The engineer will scope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-end, design and implement new processes and systems to enhance the engineering organization’s productivity, and provide input in product and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of work experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS company.
  • A strong product/user orientation is required.
  • Applicants should have experience leading large and complex technical products.
  • The ability to make decisions independently and under uncertainty is essential.
  • Candidates must be comfortable designing frontend UIs and backend APIs.
  • A modular approach to building infrastructure and services is necessary.
