Description:
- Build product interfaces, backend systems, and internal tools for an AI reinforcement learning data platform.
- Collaborate with research engineers and external partners to create intuitive products for training data management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience with a technical background.
- Proficiency in Python and modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js).
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience in building backend services, APIs, and databases, along with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with dashboards, monitoring tools, and data quality assessment interfaces.
- Experience with data collection and evaluation platforms, and tools like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Grafana is a plus.
- Strong product judgment and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship available for eligible full-time candidates.
- On-site position in San Francisco, with remote options for candidates in compatible time zones.
