ProSidian is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer III to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC.
The role involves working as part of a team to fulfill Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.
Full-stack developers are expected to be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, as well as server, network, and hosting environments.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications using Agile methodology, working with customers to develop user stories, creating interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications, and developing reports using SQL Server Report Services (SSRS).
The developer will also support end-users with manuals and training, perform initial developer testing, and assist QA Analysts in developing test plans.
The position requires knowledge and experience in assessing website functionality and data manipulation while understanding technical limitations.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 9 years of experience is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with teamwork skills in a highly-matrixed project environment.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a full stack developer, including proficiency in C#, ASP.net MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL data manipulation, and secure coding techniques.
Preferred but not required experience includes knowledge of JQuery and IIS.
Full-stack developers should be skilled in essential front-end technologies, server-side programming languages, various DBMS technologies, basic design principles, server management, version control systems, and working with APIs.
Candidates should demonstrate core competencies such as teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization.
