The Senior Application Developer will lead the development of high-quality software solutions, take ownership of complex development tasks, contribute to technical decision-making, and support the development team through mentorship and collaboration.

The shift structure is a night shift from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with significant experience in complex development tasks is required.
Experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in agile and fast-paced environments, is highly desirable.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience and proven expertise will also be considered.
Extensive hands-on experience in Node.js is required, along with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
Candidates should be skilled in frameworks including Node.js, .NET, and Spring Boot, and have a strong background in designing and developing APIs and implementing microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is necessary, along with familiarity with application performance monitoring tools, particularly Azure Application Insights.
Knowledge of backend frameworks including Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js, as well as frontend frameworks like React.js and Next.js, is required.
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and database management (SQL and NoSQL) is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor developers, manage code quality, and drive successful project outcomes across departments is required.
