  • We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer with a primary focus on frontend architecture and user experience.
  • The role involves improving performance, defining modular UI systems, and delivering fullstack features from start to finish.
  • As a Fullstack (Frontend-Focused) Engineer, you will help shape our engineering culture, development processes, and roadmap.
  • Responsibilities include designing and building performant UIs for data-heavy, real-time features such as maps, live dashboards, and large tables.
  • You will develop frontend modules using React, TanStack tools (React Query, Table), and CSS Modules.
  • The role requires owning fullstack features end-to-end, including backend APIs in Node.js when necessary.
  • You will collaborate within a monorepo (Nx) to share code across frontend and backend boundaries.
  • Continuous improvement of UI rendering performance, developer experience, and maintainability is expected.
  • You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create intuitive and reliable user experiences.
  • Participation in brainstorming sessions, customer feedback forums, and product ideation is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL is required.
  • A strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding practices is essential.
  • Experience in building and consuming REST APIs for real-world applications is necessary.
  • Familiarity with React or another modern frontend framework is required.
  • You should have experience deploying applications to cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and skills in writing queries, designing schemas, and handling migrations are needed.
  • You must take responsibility for your work from implementation to delivery.
  • Strong collaboration skills in a team environment and clear communication are essential.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and tested code is a must.
  • A willingness to ask questions, give feedback, and improve your craft is expected.
  • You should be able to adapt quickly to new requirements, technologies, or feedback.

Benefits:

  • We offer competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience and expertise.
