Remote FullStack Engineer

Description:

• RYZ is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join one of their early-stage client teams focused on optimizing partner payments through real-time data integrations.
• The mission is to improve how transactional data is captured and processed, enabling the business to scale partner compensation more efficiently and accurately.
• In this role, you will take ownership of both fixing a legacy integration and building a new real-time, server-to-server setup with Impact.
• You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment, navigating technical dependencies with precision.
• This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of web development, and comfort working across front-end tools and backend integration logic.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining and fixing the current Collect Impact integration, leading the design and development of a new Live Impact integration, collaborating with internal teams, configuring and testing web-based solutions, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and documenting integration specs and deployment steps.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and browser developer tools is required.
• Experience working with tag managers (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch) is necessary.
• Familiarity with integration methods involving FTP, server-to-server APIs, or event-based data transmission is essential.
• You should have a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Strong testing and debugging skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary, as you will be comfortable participating in video calls, sharing updates, and collaborating with distributed teams.
