• Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to join their advanced analytics consulting firm.
• The firm specializes in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI, serving multiple Fortune 500 companies.
• The role requires a hands-on Engineering Lead with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Small Language Models (SLM).
• Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and integration of AI-powered components into production-grade applications.
• The position demands strong engineering leadership, a practical approach to application development, and knowledge of healthcare domain intricacies.
• The candidate will lead the technical delivery of AI-powered features for various healthcare use cases while ensuring compliance with enterprise integration standards.
• Key responsibilities include leading architecture and implementation of GenAI solutions, collaborating with AI/ML teams, owning full-stack development, establishing best practices, optimizing application performance, driving DevOps practices, mentoring engineers, and evaluating emerging GenAI tools.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of full-stack application engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in architecting agentic AI systems using LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, and OpenAI Agentic SDK is required.
• Candidates should be able to design RAG architectures with hybrid search, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Proficiency in optimizing multi-agent workflows using reinforcement learning, dynamic orchestration, and memory management is necessary.
• Experience in deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS/GCP (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Bedrock API) is essential.
• An ideal candidate should have 8+ years in AI/ML engineering with large-scale deployment expertise, proficiency in prompt engineering, and a strong background in insurance/financial domains.
• Agile collaboration skills with GitHub/VS Code proficiency are preferred.
