Remote Go-to-Market Engineer

Description:

• Join Speechify as the first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA, focusing on building and maintaining outbound infrastructure.
• Develop systems for lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and sequencing workflows to support the Sales team.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical focus.
• Proven ability to build outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines and multi-step sequences.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, and Zapier/Make.
• Strong analytical mindset, tracking metrics such as pipeline influenced and meeting conversion rates.
