Description:

- The Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer will build and manage the technical systems for SIMBA, focusing on outbound sales infrastructure and automation.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical focus.
- Proven ability to build outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, and Zapier.
- Strong analytical mindset, tracking metrics like pipeline influenced and meeting conversion rates.
