Remote Golang Solutions Architect

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Golang Solutions Architect to build a new team focused on developing a distributed platform for network security and traffic segmentation.
• Role combines architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on programming to support team development and deliver high-quality production solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams as Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager while remaining close to coding.
• Proven track record in delivering and developing production systems for business clients.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineers to build an engaged and effective team.
• Strong proficiency in Go and active involvement in production coding.
• Experience in designing and developing distributed backend systems.
• Understanding of API design, system integrations, and collaboration between technical teams.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage the backlog effectively.
• Experience working with product teams to prioritize and scope solutions.
• Commitment to high-quality standards through code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Understanding of monitoring, telemetry, testing, and safe deployment processes.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices.
• Experience in networking, network security, or infrastructure systems is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in English at a minimum B2/C1 level.
