Remote Guidewire QA Lead – P&C Insurance

Description:

• Position: Guidewire QA Lead – P&C Insurance
• Location: Remote
• Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to ensure accurate testing and identify gaps.
• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
• Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies and mentor junior QA team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter experience, with 5+ years in Commercial Lines.
• Hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager.
• Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally).
• Guidewire Analyst Associate certification; ISTQB or Agile certifications preferred.
