Description:
- The Healthcare BI Analyst transforms claims, clinical, and operational data into insights for business needs.
- Responsible for delivering accurate reports to improve health outcomes and reduce care costs, including end-to-end ownership of reporting and analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims and clinical data.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare reporting and analytics, advanced SQL, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in AI tools, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Preferred proficiency in Python for automation and advanced analytics.
