Seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX integrations.
Responsible for leading enterprise CRM transformation initiatives and architecting scalable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture.
Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage Integration.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Open CTI Integration, and Enterprise CRM Architecture.
Knowledge of Omni-Channel & Contact Center Solutions, HLD/LLD Documentation, DevOps, and Enterprise Integrations.
Preference for candidates with prior experience at Genesys.
