Senior Principal AI Software Engineer focused on building AI-powered experiences in Agentic & Industry Solutions.
Responsible for designing, building, and scaling transformative AI solutions on Genesys Cloud.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or cloud-native application development.
5+ years in AI, Conversational AI, automation, or workflow orchestration solutions.
Strong hands-on experience in scalable enterprise applications and technical leadership.
Experience with Agentic AI platforms and industry-specific assets is a plus.
Willingness to travel and a valid passport required.
