Remote HQ - Lead Information Security Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Information Security Engineer to manage a team of four security professionals.
• Responsible for incident management, threat detection, and continuous improvement of security posture.
• Role includes setting priorities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective execution of Security Operations strategy.
• Fully remote position with flexibility within ±1 hour of CET.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SecOps, cloud security, incident response, or security engineering.
• Previous experience leading or managing a security team, including mentoring and workload coordination.
• At least 3 years in threat analysis, SIEM alert investigation, and incident management.
• At least 2 years of experience with CSPM tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR tools and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
