Keyloop is focused on bridging the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and car buyers through innovative technology.
The HR Tech Data Engineer will own Keyloop’s People Technology and data infrastructure, enabling AI adoption across HR and G&A functions.

Requirements:

Proven Python development experience with data applications, dashboards, or internal tools.
Hands-on experience with data engineering, including ETL pipelines and API integrations.
Production experience with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).
Solid knowledge of AWS and data visualization frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Plotly).
Strong data literacy with a focus on privacy, security, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly autonomous and comfortable as the sole technical contributor.
