• This position is crucial for ensuring that our APIs are robust, scalable, and secure, ultimately enhancing the experience for our users and partners.
• You will collaborate closely with the Product team, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering standards and processes.
• Location: We are seeking talents from LATAM.
• Job Responsibilities include developing and enhancing our healthcare data platform and member management solution, writing clean and efficient code, enjoying autonomy in your work, improving engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining APIs that are intuitive, efficient, and scalable.
• A high degree of proficiency in Ruby, with the ability to write Ruby code and understand its nuances.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in both front-end and back-end development, and a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), including writing tests before code to ensure reliability and compliance with requirements.
