Description:

• Assist the Cost Manager in managing project costs effectively.
• Prepare cost estimates, plans, and incorporate benchmarking data for review.
• Participate in design team meetings to assess cost implications and implement outcomes.
• Contribute to the pre-contract process and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports.
• Attend client meetings with senior colleagues to document key discussion points and action items.
• Conduct measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews.
• Remote work is allowed for the majority of work hours, with some in-person collaboration required.

Requirements:

• Coursework in construction/cost management.
• Basic understanding of construction projects and cost principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for calculations and data tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn structured cost processes.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with project teams.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Eager to learn cost management tools, systems, and industry best practices.
